OXFORD – Stanley Baranski, 65, formerly of Syracuse, died Aug. 7, 2012 at the NYS Veterans Home, Oxford.
He is survived by his brother and sister in law, Lawrence and Ann Baranski of Oklahoma City, OK and his sister Claire Simeone of Conklin.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Viet Nam War and a member of the American Legion and VFW in Syracuse. He loved to spend time metal detecting.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the NYS Veterans Home Cemetery. Friends may call at the Behe Funeral Home, 21 Main St., Oxford, on Friday from 6-8 p.m.
