NORWICH – Judy Diver Riggall, 69, of Norwich, passed away Sunday morning, July 29, 2012, in the Wilson Regional Medical Center of Johnson City.
Funeral services for Judy will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10 from the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home. Friends may call at the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home on Friday, Aug. 10, from 6-7 p.m.
