OXFORD – Verda Spencer, 94, of Oxford, passed away July 29, 2012. She will be laid to rest Friday, Aug. 3 in Riverview Cemetery, Oxford. Rev. Norman Holtz of Faith Bible Church in Oxford will be officiating the funeral services at 11 a.m. Friday at Behe Funeral Home, 21 Main Street, in Oxford.
