SHERBURNE – Michael J. Karoll, 36, of Mordas Rd., passed away Monday, May 14, 2012 at Bassett Hospital, Cooperstown.
He was born Sept. 20, 1975 in Nassau County, LI, a son of John A., Sr. and Eileen Clarke Karoll and received his education in local schools. Michael was a life long resident of Lindenhurst, LI before moving to Sherburne in 2003.
Surviving are his father and step-mother, John and Marie Karoll of Sherburne; brothers and sisters, Colleen and Oscar Bisciotta of Lindenhurst; John Karoll, Jr., Michelle Karoll, Danielle and Dominic Bertoni, all of Sherburne; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
His mother, Eileen Clarke Karoll, predeceased him.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday from the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 10 S. Main St., Sherburne, followed by interment in St. Malachy’s Cemetery, Sherburne.
Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Friday from noon until 2 p.m. prior to the service.
