BUSHNELL, Fla. – Thomas E. Downey Jr. “Sonny,” 87, passed away Friday, April 20, 2012, at his home in Bushnell, Fla. He is survived by his wife, Mariann; children Patrick, Dennis and wife Ann, Terry, Douglas, Thomas and predeceased son, John; daughter Star Hunter and her husband Tim; brothers Robert Downey and John Cole and wife Marcia, and sister Autumn Law; predeceased brother/sisters Eugene, Gloria McNitt and Beverly Slentz. Also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be laid to rest at the Florida National Cemetery.
