NORWICH – Audrey Loftus, 87, of Norwich, passed away Wednesday afternoon, April 18, 2012, in the Residential Health Care Facility of Chenango Memorial Hospital.
Audrey was born Aug. 14, 1924 in the Bronx, the daughter of James and Matilda Duffy.
Audrey is survived by her sons Joseph (Johneen) Loftus of Norwich and James Loftus of New Jersey. Also surviving is her sister Claire and her brother James both of New Jersey, along with many nieces and nephews.
Audrey’s family wishes to thank the staff at the CMH Residential Health Care Facility for their excellent care during her stay, especially special friends Arlyn and Diane.
Audrey was predeceased by her husband John and son Thomas.
Private services for Audrey will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours.
