Joseph Trottier


MCDONOUGH – Joseph A. G. Trottier, 21, of Endicott, passed away unexpectedly on Friday night, December 22, 2006, at his home.
Born in Oxfordshire, England on June 10, 1985, Joe was the son of John E. M. Trottier and Glenda Shelton. He came to the United States in 1988 and had made his home in the Binghamton/Endicott area for the past two years, having lived in McDonough prior to that time. A creative, insightful, outgoing, and opinionated young man, Joe was currently employed by Phil’s Chicken House of West Corners.
Joe is survived by his father, John of Norwich; his mother, Glenda of Washington State; his sisters, Reagan Smith and husband Eric of Virginia Beach, Va., Christina Rood of Norwich, and Chelsey Trottier of Norwich; and brothers, Carmelo Mercado of Solomon’s Island, Md., Cliff Rood of North Dakota, and Chase Rood of South Plymouth. He is also survived by his paternal grandfather, Gerard Trottier of R.I., and paternal grandmother, Suzanne Kobylski and her husband Anthony of Ark., along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial services for Joe will be held on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. from the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home, Norwich, with the Rev. Jeremy Stopford will officiate.
