NORWICH – Ellen J. Sloan, 88, formerly of Binghamton, passed away on Friday, April 16, 2012 at Chenango Memorial Hospital. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the South Valley and Pleasant Brook Cemetery in Roseboom. The arrangements are under the direction of the Wilson Funeral Home.
