John Grotkjaer
NEW BERLIN – John R. Grotkjaer, 90, of New Berlin, passed away on Feb. 11, 2012 at Chenango Memorial Hospital, Norwich.
John was born on Jan. 5, 1922 in Them, Denmark the son of Jorgen & Jensine (Jeppesen) Grotkjaer.
He moved to the United States in the 1950s working as a milk tester and inseminator in the New Berlin area.
A private service will be held with the family in Denmark at a later date.
Arrangements are by the Dakin Funeral Home LP, New Berlin.
