Randi Quattrocchi


OXFORD – Randi E. Quattrocchi, 63, a long time resident of the Norwich and Oxford area, passed away on Tuesday morning, July 12, 2011, in the Wilson Hospital of Johnson City following a brief illness.
Randi was born in East Setauket, LI in October of 1947, the daughter of Arne and Marion D. Gildersleve Holm. She came to the Oxford area at a young age and was a graduate of the Oxford High School. Soon after her graduation she gained employment with Victory Markets and remained with the company for over 30 years. During that time she worked in various depts. including manager of the deli dept. and as head cashier. When Tops Markets came to Norwich, Randi went to work for the store when it opened its doors and was currently working as their deli manager.
Randi was extremely family oriented and was the happiest when she was spending time with her only grandchild, Ian. Although all who knew her as a warm and generous person, she would have no problem in speaking her mind.
Randi is survived by her children Michael A. Steward and his partner Matthew Green, whom she thought of as a son-in-law, Tammi S. May and her companion Patrick Behret all of Norwich, her sister Suzanne Llewellyn and her companion Delmar Riley of Norwich, a half sister Sandy Armour and her husband Bob of Sidney, Neb., her brother Arne Holm and his wife Cherie of Seattle, WA and her only grandchild, Ian Michael May. Also surviving are her nieces and nephews Toni Pepper, Lisa Stonecypher, Sara Llewellyn, Amanda Llewellyn, Jenna Llewellyn, Robert Holm, Denise Martinez and Chad Holm.
Memorial services for Randi will be held on Monday, July 18, at 2 p.m. from the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home. The Rev. Shirley Schultz of Oxford will officiate. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
Friends may call at the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home on Monday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 2 p.m.
