NORWICH – James W. Hilsinger, 83, formerly of Mitchell Street, passed away peacefully this morning, March 18, 2011, at the Iroquois Nursing Home in Jamesville.
Funeral services for Jim will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 22, at the Wilson Funeral Home. Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Monday from 4-6 p.m.
