NORWICH – Arthur C. Smith, 72, formerly of Norwich, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2006, in the Craven Regional Medical Center of New Bern, North Carolina.
Memorial services for Art will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9, from the Church of the Holy Apostles St. Paul’s.
A complete obituary will be published in a later edition of The Evening Sun.
