NORWICH – Lillian E. Huggins, 76, of Norwich passed away during the early morning on Nov. 11, 2010, after an extended illness. 
She was a long time resident of Norwich together with her husband Ronald B. Huggins, who predeceased her in 1994. Both were known for their local Toro lawn and garden dealership. Lillian also enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren and cats, and was an avid sports fan, particularly of NASCAR, hockey, and basketball. 
She is survived by three sons, Terry Huggins of Norwich, Scott Huggins and his wife, Christina, of Oxford, and Steven Huggins of Huntington; and two grandchildren  “Prince” Bryan and “Princess” Brooke, both of Oxford. Lillian’s two cats, Kasey and Kody, also survive.
It was Lillian’s request that there be no calling hours or funeral services. 
The family requests any contributions in memory of Lillian be made to Chenango Memorial Hospital’s Residential Health Care Facility, 179 N. Broad St., Norwich, NY  13815, or Hospice & Palliative Care of Chenango County, 21 Hayes St., Norwich, NY 13815.
Burial will take place at Norwich’s Mt. Hope Cemetery at a date to be determined.
