NORWICH – Roger F. House, 75, of Longmont, Colo., formerly of Norwich, passed away Sept. 8, 2010 in Wyoming while fishing.
He was born Oct. 21, 1934 in Hornell to Earl and Helen House. On June 11, 1960 he married Karleen Russell of Big Creek.
Roger is survived by his wife Karleen of Longmont; son Gary (wife Debby) of Hendersonville, Tenn.; Daughter Debbie of Auburn; Grandchildren Heather, Joe and Austin. Roger is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Frank and sisters Bernie and Barbara. Roger will be remembered as a man who enjoyed fishing, gardening, square dancing and traveling.
A memorial service was held on Sept. 13 at First United Methodist Church. Military Honors were provided by American Legion Post 32 of Longmont.
