MT. UPTON – Albert C. Savianeso, 62, of Mt. Upton, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 12, 2010 at Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown.
Born Oct. 3, 1947 in Hoboken, New Jersey, Albert was the son of Jero and Francesca (Caminiti) Savianeso. He graduated from high school in New Jersey and after moving to upstate New York, worked at several jobs before retiring from the production department of Norwich Pharmaceuticals.
On June 9, 1984, in New Berlin, Albert married DeLaine “Dee” McGhee, who survives. He is also survived by his children and their spouses, Michelle and Bryan Miller, Larry and Michaela Hubred; eight grandchildren; a brother, Gerald Savianeso and his wife Denise; his trapping buddy, Ron Chase and his good friends, the Barnes Family, of Mt. Upton.
A memorial service for Albert will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday at the family residence, 184 Old Route 8, Mt. Upton.
