Audrey M. Bramer


Audrey M. Bramer, 89, of Norwich, died on Sunday, December 21, 2025 at the Norwich Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
Born on August 31, 1936, in Cooperstown, NY, Audrey was the only child to Carl and Mary (Taite) Roberts. She grew up in Schenevus, NY, where she attended school. Audrey furthered her education at Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY, before moving to Norwich and working for Chenango Memorial Hospital. Audrey worked for most of her career at Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals as a medical technologist until her retirement in 2000.
In retirement, Audrey found her new found love as a grandmother. She watched her grandchildren grow up, spending most of her time with them and attending their many sporting events. She was a member of the Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Norwich, volunteered at the Pink Door thrift store, and was a longtime member of the Order of Eastern Star in Sherburne including being the club’s treasurer. Audrey also enjoyed gardening and bird watching.
Audrey is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Victor) Zampetti of Erieville, NY; and grandchildren, Shaun Zampetti and Connor Zampetti. Audrey was predeceased by her first husband, Robert Drake in 1970.
A graveside service for Audrey will be held in the spring of 2026 in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
