Teresa S. Conant, 62, of Norwich passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at the Upstate Community Hospital in Syracuse.
Teresa was born on August 27, 1960 in Manhattan the daughter of Jose and Iris (Santiago) Rosario. She has lived in the Norwich area for many years where she had worked as a Dental Asst. for several Dental Offices.
Teresa had many wonderful qualities. She was a very kind soft spoken person who was always concerned with the feelings of others. She was easy to get along with, was loved by everyone and was always very hospitable. Above all else she was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and very caring and family oriented. Her apartment was like the Garden of Eden which everyone loved to see it on Zoom. She enjoyed gardening, was always a hard worker, enjoyed reconditioning furniture and working on home projects. Her home was always clean and tastefully decorated.
Teresa loved Jehovah, her congregation loved the meetings and appreciated spiritual things. She had a Godly devotion and shared the good news whenever she could.
Teresa is survived by her son Joshua (Jessica) Santos of Norwich, granddaughter Abiana Santos,her siblings Diane (Herb) Vasquez of Norwich, Joe (MaryAnn) Jimenez of LI, Richie Jimenez of AZ, Roger (Sara) Delgado of Norwich and her step-dad Roger Delgado of Norwich. Also surviving are her nieces and nephews Herb Vasquez II, Jennifer Vasquez, Josephine Blaski, Iziah Delgado, Adam Jimenez, Carissa Jimenez and Andrew Delgado.
Teresa was predeceased by her husband Brian R. Conant, her mother Iris Delgado and niece Louisa
Memorial services for Teresa will be held on Sunday, March 5, at 3:00 p.m. from the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness in Norwich. Family and friends are welcome to attend. There will be no calling hours.
