EARLVILLE – Daryl Day, 18, of Chittenango and formerly of Earlville, died unexpectedly Monday, March 22, 2010.
Daryl was loved by everyone he came in contact with. He made it “his job” to be sure he left everyone with a smile and his famous saying “Have a Great Daryl Day.” He was a Senior at Chittenango H.S. where he was involved in football, lacrosse, soccer and wrestling. Daryl was a member of Rotary Youth Leadership Association. He was a member of the Crossroad’s Community Church of Chittenango and the church’s Men’s Fraternity.
Daryl is survived by his parents Kelly & Gene Day, siblings Angelica Kingery, Caci and Tyler Day and Kelly Graves, his grandfather Henry Hansen and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Services will be 4 p.m. Thursday at Eastern Hills Bible Church, 8277 Cazenovia Rd, Manlius. Calling hours will be 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 10 S. Main St, Sherburne and 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday at Eastern Hills prior to the Service.
Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery, Sherburne at a later date.
