Hilary H. Fuller


Hilary H. Fuller, 73, of South New Berlin, NY and formally of Watertown, CT passed away peacefully at her home in the arms of her loving husband, William, on Sunday, October 3, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer. Hilary was born on February 10, 1948, a daughter of the late Leslie Russell Hunt and Arlene Helen LaBounty at Fort Gulick Panama Canal Zone. Hilary married William L. Fuller on November 12, 1977 in Watertown, CT. They spent thirty-three years in Watertown, CT and then found home in South New Berlin for the last eleven years.
Hilary served our grateful nation in the United States ARMY Reserve from 1987-1995. She was honorably discharged on October 13, 1995, as First Lieutenant.
Hilary received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Child Development in 1971. She then furthered her education by obtaining an RN Diploma from the Cleveland Metropolitan Hospital in 1974 and then received an Emergency Medical Technician Diploma in 1984. Hilary was a Registered Nurse for the State of Connecticut Department of Developmental Services; serving multiple regions until her retirement. She was also a member of The Order of the Daughters of the King.
Hilary is survived by her husband, William; children, Robert (Charity) Ramonas and Russell (Julie) Fuller; grandchildren, Jessamyn, Alexander and Blake; brother, John Hunt of Columbus Ohio and her sister, Leslie (Dan) Driscoll of Orlando Florida.
Family and friends are invited to visitation on Friday, November 19, 2021 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the Christ Church, 166 Marion Avenue, Gilbertsville, NY. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 10:30 A.M. at the Christ Church with Reverend William Lytle, officiating.
