Greigg A. Williams, 56 of Mount Upton, passed away in the early morning hours of July 28, 2021, at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital, Norwich. He was born in September of 1964, the first of four children to Durward J. and Barbara L. Williams of Mount Upton. Greigg was a graduate of Mount Upton Central High and lifelong Mount Upton resident. He was an avid outdoorsman in his prime, and given the choice would take any opportunity to hunt, fish, or canoe, and had an uncanny knack for finding arrowheads. He was also a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan, and would be the first to tell you how this year would be the next championship year for America’s team.
Greigg is survived by his parents, Durward “Bud” and Barbara of Mount Upton. Sister Kim Williams of Mount Upton with spouse and daughter. Brother Kevin Williams of Lancaster, MA with spouse and sons. Sister Jodie Salisbury(Williams) of Otego, NY, as well as other extended family.
In keeping with his wishes, there are no services or calling hours. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
