Walter J. Pinney, Jr., 59, of McDonough. Passed away peacefully in his home on June 9, 2021. Walter was born in Norwich, NY. Son of the late Walter J. Pinney Sr. and Jean (Conpropst) Pinney. Walter was predeceased by his parents and by his father-in-law Bud Williams.
Walter is survived by his loving wife Lu-Ann Pinney, and by his children Benjamin (Jessica) Pinney, Melissa Bresee, and Tonya Adkins. He is also survived by his grandchildren Brianne and Bradley Pinney, and by his siblings Wayne Pinney, William Pinney, Barbara (Frank) Wilson, and Deborah Pinney. Walter is also survived by his mother-in-law Gerry- Lou Williams and by his brother and sister in laws Basil James (Karen) Williams and Bill (Mary) Williams. Walter is also survived by his beloved Gizmo, and by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Walter was a family-oriented man who enjoyed “porch sitting, good food, good drink, and good music with friends and family.”
