Stacy Sharot

EARLVILLE – Stacy Lynn Sharot, 34, of Earlville, passed away unexpectedly Thursday morning, Feb. 25, 2010 from injuries sustained in a automobile accident.
Stacy was born in Kingston in May of 1975, the daughter of Steven and Vickey Sharot. Her early school years were in Kingston and later she attended the Oxford and Norwich schools. She also had attended and graduated from Morrisville College, where she earned her nursing degree. Over the years Stacy had worked as an LPN for Valley View Nursing Home, the Vestal Nursing Home, the New York State Veterans Home, the Sherburne-Earlville School System and most recently the Hamilton Hospital in the Extended Care Unit.
A beautiful, outgoing and free spirited person, Stacy had a love of life that touched the hearts of all who new her. Her smile brightened everyone’s day and when she laughed, there was no doubt it was Stacy. Since her early childhood years she had always wanted to be a nurse, which was very important to her. Her genuine love of people and fantastic personality helped her in her career as a nurse, which she truly loved. She could talk a mile a minute, was quite often late and was somewhat disorganized, but, that was Stacy.
Stacy is survived by her parents, Steve Sharot and Vickey Hand; her children Evan Sharot-Wright, Jacob Wright, Kirstien Wright and Paden Burlison, step-children Jason and Erika Burlison and her fiancee Allyn “Zeke” Burrows. Also surviving is her twin sister Jessica White, her brothers Sean Sharot and Robert Baxter, two nieces Tiffany White and Erica Baxter, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and last but by no means least, her puppy Sophie Jane.
Funeral services for Stacy will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday from the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home of Norwich. Friends may call at the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home on Thursday from 3 p.m. until the time of the service at 6.
