Charles A. Deiss, 46, of Norwich, passed away on July 10, 2018.

Charles was born on November 10, 1971 in Norwich, NY, son of Donald and Dorothy Deiss.

He is predeceased by his grandmother “Gram” Mary Scanlon.

Charles is survived by his parents Don and Dorothy, and by his brother Billy Oborr.

He is also survived by LaDonna Shore and family and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Charles is also survived by his extended family and friends at the Chenango Club.

Charles was a member of the Chenango Club for many years. He enjoyed motorcycles especially watching them be rebuilt.

He enjoyed video games, miniature golfing, and taking trips with the Chenango Club.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Charles’ name can be made out to any organization of your choosing.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Behe Funeral Home Inc. 21 Main Street, Oxford, NY 13830.

No funeral services will be held at this time. Any services will be held at the convenience of the family.
