Kathleen E. Russell, 78, passed away on Saturday April 21st at Chenango Memorial Hospital.

She was predeceased by her husband of 32 years, Gerald Russell, and her son, Jeffrey L. Manley. Survivors include her former husband, Kenneth E. Manley, Sr.; her children, Susan and Lynn Ross, Lisa and Chris Rifanburg, Kenneth E. Jr., and Janet Manley, and Michael Manley; her grandchildren, Carie, Kristen, Brian, Stacy, Holly, Danielle, Melissa, Travis, and Michael Jr.; several great-grandchildren; her brother, Marshall and Dianne Going; her brother in law, Tommy and Marilyn Russell; along with several nieces, nephews and friends. Kathleen was employed for several years at Simmons Precision and in her spare time enjoyed reading, barbecues and going to the beach.

She always treasured time spent near the water. In keeping with Kathleen’s wishes, there will be no funeral services.
