C. Lawrence Pasquale

NORWICH – C. Lawrence Pasquale, “Larry,” 74, of the Town of Norwich, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday evening, Nov. 8, 2009, in the Chenango Memorial Hospital.
Born in Binghamton in May of 1935, Larry was the son of Corrado and Carrie Serafini Pasquale. Following his graduation from the Binghamton Central School System, Larry served his country during the Korean War, from 1954 until his honorable discharge in 1957. He and his wife of 46 years, Sue Wickham Pasquale, were married on Feb. 9, 1963, in St. Paul’s Church in Norwich. Larry and Sue moved to southern California in 1965, where Larry finished college and went to work for Ameritech Electronics, from which he retired after 33 years. The Pasquales then moved back to Norwich to enjoy the clean air, change of seasons, and beautiful country. Larry was an avid NY Giants and Yankees fan. Very knowledgeable in high-tech electronics, he loved working with computers. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with all his family and friends. He had a remarkable sense of humor and was able to lift the spirits of those around him. He had a love of all animals.
Larry is survived by his wife, Sue Pasquale of Norwich; by sisters, Lillian Pasquale and Gloria Lewis, both of California; and by his sisters- and brothers-in-law: Jim and Patti Farrell of Portland, NY, and Milt and Linda Shepler, Tom and Judi Wickham, and Shelley Wickham, all of Norwich. Also surviving are his loving nieces and nephews: Melissa Pavoli and Christopher Shepler, both of California, Brandon Wickham of Norwich, Willow Young of Florida, Aaron Wickham of Norwich, and Ron Lewis, Carrie Chavez, John Lewis, Barb Deporto, Patrick Lewis, Michael Lewis, and Anthony Lewis, all of California. He was predeceased by his sister, Lorena Pasquale.
