COVENTRYVILLE – Charles Alfred Tracy, Coventryville, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 7, 2006 at home after a short illness.
He was born in Bainbridge on Feb. 26, 1946, the son of the late Harold and Ethel (Hughes) Tracy.
Charlie worked at the Raymond Corporation,Greene, for 36 years.
Charlie is survived by his wife, Priscilla Tracy; two children, Dianna and Husband Darryl Moore of Oxford and son Rex Allen and wife Sandra of Coventryville; four grandchildren Mindy & Cody Moore of Oxford and Hannah and Ava Tracy of Coventryville; two great-grandchildren, Jaden and Bailey of Oxford; mother-in-law Virginia Curry of Coventryville; three sisters, Sylvia and husband Frank Walker of Norwich, Nancy and Warren Clickner of Charlotte, N.C. and Cynthia and Gary Casterlin of Port Crane; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Thomas and Emma McMullen along with several uncles, aunt, nieces and nephews.
The family will be in attendance at the Coventry Methodist Church, Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Memorial will be on Thursday at 11 a.m.
Memorial donations may be made to the Coventry Methodist Church or Hospice of Wilson Memorial Hospital, Johnson City.
