James Robert Prindle (65), formerly of Norwich, New York died unexpectedly on October10th, 2017at his home in Victor, NY
Jim was born May 17th, 1952 in Norwich, New York to Robert G. Prindle and Virginia A. (Thompson) Prindle. He was pre-deceased by his long time partner Steven Choate, his Parents, and his Sister-in-Law Mary Jane Prindle. He is survived by a brother Walter Prindle (Kimberly Knight) of Champions Gate, Florida. Niece Sarah Van Houten (Bryan), Norwich, NY; Nephew Daryl Prindle (Jennifer), Norwich, NY; Nephew Evan Prindle (Amanda Sharpe), Oxford, NY, and several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Great Niece and Nephews.
He attended local schools and graduated from Norwich High School in 1970. He attended and graduated from Columbia University. Following college he worked for many years in the travel and hospitality industry in Palm Springs, California and Hawaii. After many years he returned to New York City and became a Real Estate Broker in Manhattan. He spent his retirement years in the Finger Lakes area.
At his request there will be no calling hours. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations can be made to any favorite charity.
