Thomas J. Farrell, 78, of Oxford, former owner of the Oxford Tavern, passed away Thursday evening, October 12, 2017, at the Bassett Hospital of Cooperstown.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Tom will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at 10 am from St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Church of Norwich. The Rev. Ralph A. Bove, Pastor, will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Paul’s Cemetery.
Friends may call at the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home on Monday, October 23, from 5-8 pm.
