BETTY L. HARE
Betty L. Hare, 79, of High Point, NC, formerly of Norwich-Oxford area went to be with the Lord on June 7, 2017.
She is predeceased her husband, Aubrey L. Hare Sr., and her brother, Norman Bair.
Surviving are her siblings Rosaline Horton of Sherburne, Victor and Bonnie Shadel of Smyrna, Sylvia and Barry McNet of Norwich, Patricia and Sam Donnelly of Norwich, and sister-in-law Joyce Bair of Norwich.
Betty is also survived by her children, Kathy and Archie Shay of High Point, NC, Audrey and Kevin Moore of Oxford, NY, Aubrey Hare Jr. of Plymouth, NY, Susan and David Roach of Norwich, NY, Mark Hare of Elmira, NY, Penny and Rick Manwarren of Norwich, NY, David Hare of Norwich, NY, and Lisa Studer of Norwich, NY. Betty is also survived many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held June 24, 2017 at 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at St. Paul Episcopal Parish, 32 Main Street, Oxford, NY.
A brief service will follow at 2 p.m., with a dish to pass meal, no alcohol allowed.
