ANNA D. CUYLE

Anna was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren were her pride and joy. Mom and Dad lead by example. The teamwork and love they showed in running the family farm and in their marriage gave us all something to strive for. In her retirement, Anna enjoyed creating her own version of recipes to make them healthier for her family. She also enjoyed late summer vacations at the cottage in Maine. She gave advice only when asked, but her love was always unconditional.
Anna is survived by her children and their spouses: Gerald (Brenda) Cuyle of Norwich, Donna Cuyle of Oxford, Diane (Harold) Gardner of Norwich, Sandra (Rusty) Lent of Hampton, VA, Susan (Neal) Evans of Utica, Lori (Herman) Ericksen of Norwich and Lisa (Michael) Castle of Bainbridge. Her 6 great grandchildren: Elijah Hammonds, Malcolm Carpenter, Emma Lent, Lillian Hungerford, Easton Hungerford and Isaiah Hammonds. Anna was looking forward to the birth of another great grandson in April. Also surviving are her sisters Marion Pierce of Walton and Alice Sloan of Oneonta, sister-in-laws Louise Dean, Thelma Dean, Marjorie Dean, and Laura Alger along with many nieces and nephews.
