SEYMORE CHARLES SHAVER
Seymore Charles Shaver, 80 of East Pharsalia, NY passed away on January 18, 2017. Seymore was born on April 4, 1936 in Middle Town, NY, son of the late Charles and Thelma Shaver. He is predeceased by his two sisters Thelma Denny, and Margaret Simonds. He is also predeceased by his loving companion Tanus Wagner.
Seymore is survived by his sons, Duane (Butch) and Leslie Shaver, and Seymore (Charlie) Shaver. He is also survived by his daughters Vickey Hand, Trudy and Gregg Huggins, and Jodi and Benjamin Pierson. In addition, Seymore is survived by his brother Alfred and Sandy Shaver and his sister Betty and Robert Johnson. Also surviving are 15 loving grandchildren and 14 loving great-grandchildren.
Seymore was an avid New York Mets fan. He enjoyed watching baseball games and spending time with his family. He loved playing pool and fishing. Seymore also loved to “tinker” and always made sure things were done his way. He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral Services have been entrusted to Behe Funeral Home Inc. 21 Main Street, Oxford, NY 13830. Friends and family may call at the Funeral Home on Monday, January 23, 2016 from 4:00 PM- 5:00PM.
