Patricia Ann Bowers, 81, passed away on September 13, 2016. She was born in Norwich, NY on February 11, 1935. Pat attended Norwich High School and then the University of New York where she achieved a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in accounting. Pat became an Administrative Assistant and worked for Dryden Community College. She was a member of St. Bede Catholic Church and the Women’s Club of Williamsburg. Pat was a loving mother and wife all of her life. She was predeceased by her parents, Patsy and Jean Biviano, and a brother, Richard Biviano.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 60 years who was her high school sweetheart, Richard Bowers; 2 children, Dennis Bowers of El Paso, TX and Judith Carter of Williamsburg, VA; 4 grandchildren, Ashley, Abi, Andrew, and Alex; and 2 siblings Paul and Barbara Biriano of Syracuse, NY.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 16, 2016 at Nelsen Funeral Home with a visitation on Thursday, September 15 from 6-8 p.m. Burial will be in Quantico National Cemetery on Monday, September 19 at 2 p.m. You may offer condolences at www.nelsencares.com.
