James Harlie Dumond


James Harlie DuMond of Oxford, NY, passed away unexpectedly in his home Monday August 15, 2016. He was born on February 23 1959 in Oxford, NY. He was the son of the late Walter Harlie DuMond and Myrna Jean DuMond.
Jim was a loving man who took pride in his Family. He was survived by his children Jackie Lee DuMond 34, her husband David Allen Howe 35, (grandson) Dominick Allen Howe 8. Penni Bradley (mother of Jackie DuMond) Harlie Jean (DuMond) Holland 21, her husband Alex Holland 26, James Harlie DuMond II 15, Marcie DuMond (mother of Harlie and Jimmy) and Devin Clark who he loved as his own son.
Also survived by His 3 siblings Deb and Joe Hurlburt, Robin and Chris DuMond, Steve and Shelly DuMond and several Nieces and Nephews.
He was a long term dedicated employee of Page Seed Co. of Greene NY, He considered this place a second family. His other hobbies included his farming, lending a hand to those in need, macaroni salad and enjoying the little things in life. He will be greatly missed by all friends and family.
Funeral Services have been entrusted to the Behe Funeral Home, located at 21 Main Street, Oxford, NY, 13830. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Saturday, August 20, 2016 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM. Services officiated by Rev. Rich Howard will take place at 2:00 PM.
