Sharon L. Binelli, 73, passed away on August 2, 2016 after a long illness. She was predeceased by her first husband, Joseph A. Binelli. Survivors include her longtime companion, Rick Frink; her sons, Michael and Elizabeth Binelli; Greg Binelli and his fiancée, Kelly Eastman; and Brian and Julie Binelli; her grandchildren, Jessica, Joseph, Michelle, and Anthony Binelli; her great-grandchildren, Mikayla and Cameron Pittsley, and Kennedy and Chloe Binelli; her sister, Doneen and Paul Pilat; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Sharon spent many years employed as a secretary at various law offices in Norwich and retired from the Perry Browne School in Norwich City School District. She and her mother owned and operated The Glass Menagerie Antiques where Sharon was well known for her antique linen collection. In her younger years, she experienced travelling to many locations in the USA and abroad. Sharon was a member of Norwich VFW Post 2782 and Norwich American Legion Post 189. She was a kind hearted person who loved her family and always made time for her cats. At Sharon’s request, there will be no funeral services.
