JOHN A. KAROLL, JR.
SHERBURNE – John A. Karoll, Jr., 48, of Mordas Rd., passed away Sunday, April 3, 2016 at UHS/Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich.
He was born on November 13, 1967 in Nassau County, LI, a son of John A. Sr. and Eileen Clarke Karoll and attended Suffolk County BOCES. John had worked for A.H.R.C. in Suffolk County prior to moving to Sherburne.
He was a member of St. Malachy’s Church in Sherburne. He loved music, bowling, golf and watching tv.
John is survived by his father and stepmother, John, Sr. and Marie “Maggie” Karoll; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Colleen and Oscar Pisciotta of Lindenhurst; Michelle Karoll, Danielle and Dominic Bertoni, all of Sherburne; a niece, Megan Pisciotta, three nephews, Matthew Pisciotta, D.J. Pisciotta and Michael Christopher. He was predeceased by his mother, Eileen, and a brother, Michael.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm Friday, April 8, 2016 from the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 10 S. Main St., Sherburne.
Interment will be at a later date in St. Malachy’s Cemetery.
Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Friday from 1-2 pm Friday prior to the service.
