ELIZABETH LONG
Elizabeth Long, 89 of Oxford passed away on January 16, 2016 at the NYS Veterans Home, Oxford, NY. She was predeceased by her husband Ernest Long on July 25, 1999.
She is survived by her son Michael Long as well as her sister Ruth Lorimer.
During her life Elizabeth was a member of Fort Hill Post #376 American Legion Auxiliary, she took care of the Oxford Laundromat and mowed local lawns with her husband.
A Graveside service will be held at Riverview Cemetery, Oxford, NY. at 2:00 PM on Tuesday January 19, 2016, with Rev. Linda Rackliff of the United Church of Oxford officiating.
