PATRICIA ANN COLLINS
It’s with a heavy heart that Patricia Ann Collins, born March 4, 1947, loving wife and devoted mother, passed away the morning of Saturday December 5, 2015 at the Wilson Medical Center of Johnson City, NY.
After a long seven year battle with her illness, Pat was with her soulmate of fifty years, Charles L. Collins, who enjoys a life filled with love, joy, and happiness. Pat was a mother that always put her seven children first and had a heart of gold for her seventeen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandkids.
Pat is survived by husband Charles of Smyrna, her children Terri Howe and husband David of Sherburne, Trixie Perry & her foster son Henry Jones Jr. of Smyrna, Theresa Collins & Richard Barley of Sherburne, Tommi Jo Collins & Scott Robertson of Sherburne, Torri Miles and husband Robert of Earlville, Charles L. Collins III & Carrie Hathaway of Ohio, Henry Jones & Irene Bowers of Sherburne, her step-children Tina Orlopp of Newark, NY, Charlene Collins of Binghamton and Sarah Motter and husband Mark of Ohio. Also surviving are her siblings Eunice Howe of Sherburne, Alice Straight of Plymouth, Elizabeth Law of Otselic, Vicki Law of Sherburne, William Law, Jr. of Beaver Meadow, Miles Law of Otselic and John Law of Plymouth along with 17 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 8 step-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins and last but not least her canine friend “Baby Collins”.
Pat was predeceased by her sisters Linda Stone and Barbara Baker and brother Vern Law.
Private services for Pat will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are with the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home.
