PAULINE L. REYNOLDS
SHERBURNE – Pauline L. Reynolds, 73, of Pleasant Valley Rd. was called to the arms of our Heavenly Father on Friday, October 16, 2015.
She was born April 26, 1942 in Unadilla, NY, a daughter of the late Edward and Doris Northrup VanLoan.
Pauline retired from BOCES in 2000, after 24 years of service. After retiring, she worked at the Sherburne Dollar Mart for five years. She loved to knit and crochet and tend to her flower beds. She was a dedicated mother and friend, and was loved by all who came in contact with her.
Pauline will continue to watch over her children, Dianna Antaya, Jeffrey Price and his wife, Paris, Scott Price, Becky Izzie and Robert Reynolds, all of Sherburne; Clifford Price of Syracuse and Kevin Reynolds of Binghamton. She leaves to cherish her memory, 13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and her companion of 35 years, Edward Hendrickson. She also leaves her beloved pets, Angel and Jasmine. She was a loving sister to the late Ralph VanLoan and the late Josephine VanLoan Mandeville.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Columbus Community Church on Friday, October 23, 2015 from 10 to 11am, immediately followed by a celebration of her life.
Burial in the West Hill Cemetery, Sherburne will be private at the convenience of her family.
In lieu of flowers, Pauline requested that contributions in her memory be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 7 East Syracuse, NY 13057 or Hospice of Chenango County, 21 Hayes St., Norwich, NY 13815.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 10 S. Main St., Sherburne.
