“Baby David” gained his wings and joined the other PCH Angels.
He survived by his father & mother Bryan & Courtney Smith, (Nana & Papa) Dave & Kim Burrell, (GiGi & Grandpa) Ken & Mary Smith, Uncle Matt, Aunt Alicia Burrell, Cousins Alivia, Gavin & Kate Burrell and Aunt Kim and Uncle Ron Colvin.
Although his life was short, he taught his parents the meaning of love. Everyday was a struggle for him and now he is free from pain. He inspired many and proved doctors wrong everyday he was here. He loved getting baths from his Dad, kisses from his dog Sammie and cuddles from his mom.
We will never forget you, we will miss you everyday, we love you our sweet angel. Thank you to Fahy's Funeral Home for not charging funeral costs of children.
