Sgt. ERIC L. METTLER
BINGHAMTON – Sgt. Eric L. Mettler, 30, of Binghamton, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2015.
He is survived by his mother, Patricia Mettler, Binghamton; father, Alan Mettler and Diane Kouzan, Plymouth; brother and sister- in- law, Michael and Brandi Mettler, Binghamton; sister, Samantha King, Binghamton; girlfriend, Shannon Goeber; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Eric served his country in Iraq in the U.S. Army. He loved life, people and children. He made you laugh and was a pleasure to be around.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Central Baptist Church, Greene. Burial will be in Sylvan Lawn Cemetery, Greene with full military honors.
