DAVID A. BUSICK JR
PLYMOUTH – David A. Busick, Jr., 61 of Plymouth, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at his home.
David was born July 21, 1954, in Amityville NY, the son of David A. Sr. and Barbara Ann (Lee) Busick. David served his country in the United States Army where he received the National Defense Service Medal. He also earned expert status with the M16 and Hand Grenade. On March 22, 2006, David married Mary Grace Ledesma on Long Island, she survives him.
He worked as a truck driver for many years. David had the love of music. He loved to play his guitar and sing as well as listening to music.
David is survived by his loving wife, Mary Grace Busick, his children, Renee Busick of Pensacola, FL and Melinda (Mindy) Busick of Farino, FL; his step children, Jhoedea Grace, Gyanah Kim, Josche Iryn, Jhad Paolyn and Xhavier Lance. He is also survived by his brothers Jeffery (Marilyn) Busick of Mastic Beach, NY and Matthew (Rebecca) Busick of Colombia Falls, MT; his sisters, Melissa (Mark) Ostler of Manorville, NY and Patricia (Jeff) Andersen of Overton, NV; 7 grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
David was predeceased by his parents.
A Service to Celebrate the Life of David A. Busick, Jr. will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2015, at 11 am in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Cole Drive, Norwich, with President Richard Wright, officiating.
Arrangements are by the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home.
