Norman C. Meagley Jr., 76, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at Norwich Rehab and Nursing Center, Norwich. He was predeceased by his parents, Norman and Dorthea and by several aunts and uncles. He is survived by his sons, Allen Meagley, South New Berlin and Norman Meagley 3rd, South Carolina; 3 grandchildren and by a brother Douglas Meagley and his family. Norman served his country in the U.S. Air Force and was an executive chef before his retirement.
