Robert Wesley Armlin

ROBERT W. ARMLIN
HUBBARDSVILLE – Robert Wesley Armlin, 29, of Hubbardsville, NY, passed away in a car accident on the afternoon of August 4, 2015.
Bob was born on January 8, 1986 in Sidney, NY. Growing up in Oxford, NY, he wrestled; played soccer, baseball, and basketball; and never missed high honor roll. When he was 14, he and his family moved to Hubbardsville, though he still spent many summers working on his grandparents' farm in Oxford. He attended Hamilton Central School from 2000 to 2004, where he was friends with everybody. After graduating from SUNY Brockport with a degree in accounting, he worked for CPA Robert L. Tackabury. For the past three years, he lived in northeast Kentucky, where he worked as an operations supervisor with Integrated Deicing Services. Bob enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. He loved spending time outdoors and with his friends. He will be remembered for his contagious laugh and quick wit, and as an unfailingly generous, hard-working, and fun-loving man who lived life to the fullest. His commitment to his family and friends was unparalleled, and he will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his parents, Connie Place and Kenneth Kinville of Hubbardsville, NY, and Wesley Armlin of Greene, NY; his brother Matthew Armlin and his girlfriend, Megan Golley, and their children Lisa, Chloe, and Jack, of Earlville, NY; his brother Justin Armlin and his fiancée, Amanda Slater, and their daughter Kali, of Sherburne; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Robert and Katherine Place, and his sister, Jessica Mae Armlin.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, August 8th from 5-8 p.m. at Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 25 Broad St., Hamilton.
A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, August 9th at noon at The Grove at White Eagle Conference Center in Hamilton. All family and friends are welcome to attend either event.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in his memory to the Hamilton Food Cupboard (www.hamiltonfoodcupboard.org).
