MATTHEW R. REYNOLDS
PLYMOUTH – Matthew Robert “Spike” Reynolds, 23, of Plymouth, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 5, 2015.
Matthew was born on January 30, 1992 in Norwich. Matt lived in Waterloo and Sherburne before recently moving to Plymouth. Matt’s little league coach nicknamed him “Spike” because of his grit and determination. He enjoyed skateboarding, Texas Hold-em, mosh pits, music and hanging out with his friends. Spike also enjoyed living and working on Rhapsody Farms in Plymouth. Before that, he loved getting his hands dirty at the Bonnie Plant Farm in New Berlin. Matt was an outstanding athlete, playing hockey, basketball, and badminton with his family and friends. Spike was a quiet, kind and friendly young man who will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
Surviving are his father, Russ Reynolds of Sherburne; his mother, Wendy Cevasco Arndt of Liverpool; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Michele and Peter Richards of Tully; and Melinda Reynolds of Sherburne; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Michael and Lori Reynolds of Norwich; Mark Reynolds of Sherburne; Bryant and Cassie Parker of VA; his maternal grandfather, Robert Cevasco of Norwich; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 11a.m. Monday, August 10, 2015 from the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 10 S. Main St., Sherburne, followed by interment in West Hill Cemetery, Sherburne.
Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service.
