NORMA E. COWAN
OXFORD – Norma E. Cowan, 86 of Oxford passed away on June 23, 2015 at her home. She was born on February 18, 1929 in Montreal, Quebec a daughter of the late George and Ethel (McCracken) Goodfellow. On May 12, 1962 she married Lawrence R. Cowan, who died on June 29, 2004.
She is survived by her daughter, Erica Gonzales; her grandchildren, Michael Gonzales, Angelo Gonzales and Nia Sayles; her great granddaughter, Isabella Gonzales and her special friend, Grace Ross.
She was a member of the Chenango County Home Bureau and was a volunteer for the American Red Cross.
