DAVID C. SCHULT SR
ST. CLOUD, FL – David C. Schult Sr., 58, of St. Cloud, FL, passed away on April 30, 2015, in Kissimmee, FL.
Dave was born on May 1, 1956 in Hoboken, NJ the son of Christian and Margaret Holmes Schult. He attended and graduated from the Spring Valley High School. Following his education Dave served his country in the United States Air Force for a period of 4 years. While living in Spring Valley he was employed by Red & Tan Coach Line which is now Coach USA. In 1988 he moved to Florida where he became employed by Walt Disney World for a period of 19 years.
Dave was a very caring and talented person. He was artistic, enjoyed working with his hands, loved technology and enjoyed playing the guitar. He was a great fan of the NY Mets and was former member of the Spring Valley Fire Dept..
On August 7, 1982 he married Debora DeMaio who recently passed away.
Dave is survived by his children; Christyn Schult of Oxford, David Schult II and wife Crystal of Kissimmee, Amelia Lord and husband Thomas III of Oxford, his sister Dara Rooney and husband Ken of Norwich, his grandson Thomas IV, his granddaughter Alana Arriaga. Also surviving are his mother-in-law and father-in-law James and Thelma DeMaio of Port St.Luce, FL, his sister-in-laws Helen Schult of Norwich, Joanne Montini of Monroe, NY, Ursula of Brussels, Belgium and his brother-in-law Dominic DeMaio of Port St. Lucie, FL. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Besides his wife Deborah, Dave was predeceased by his brothers Douglas and Donald Schult and sister-in-law Ruthann Desposito.
A funeral service for Dave will be held on Tuesday, May 12, at noon from the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home. The Rev. Ralph A. Bove, Pastor of St. Paul’s and St. Bartholomew’s Roman Catholic Churchs will officiated. Interment will follow in St. Paul’s Cemetery.
Friends may call at the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at noon.
