KELLY ANN HEAD
MORRIS – Kelly Ann Head, 32, of Morris, NY passed away Tuesday evening, March 24, 2015, in the A.O.Fox Hospital of Oneonta.
Kelly was born in Norwich on February 14, 1983 and attended scool in Morris and Margaretville. While attending school in Margaretville she enjoyed soccer, where the team won the state finals and basketball. One of her most memorable trips was with her senior class to Paris. While in school she worked at Bun N Cone, an ice cream and sandwich shop, and enjoyed spending time in the Catskills with her mom and step-dad. She had also worked at Bellarye Ski Resort.
Kelly was a people person and was a lover of the outdoors. She took classes to become a Certified Nurses Aide and enjoyed taking care of her patients. While spending time outdoors in the Catskills with her family she enjoyed tubing, the maze, gardening and helping her mom with fundraisers.
Kelly is survived by her parents Debbie and Richard Webster of Morris, Kenneth Head of Norwich and Maryann Golliver of Oxford, her sister Karen Westcott and companion Jesse Murphy of Norwich, brothers Koty Head and wife Brittany of Norwich, Thomas Rathburn of Oxford, step-sister Suzanne Brown of Morris, her nieces and nephews who she enjoyed spending time with Cailin Martin, Leila Westcott, Jaydan Rathburn, Krislynn Head, Rylae Head and Madison Murphy. Also surviving is her grandfather Clarence Head of Smyrna along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Kelly was predeceased by her brother Korey Head, her grandparents Patricia White, Arnold White and Marion Poole.
A funeral service for Kelly will be held on Monday, March 30, at 1 p.m from the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home. The Very Rev. Charles Taylor will officiate. Interment will be be at a later date in the Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Friends may call at the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home on Monday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
