PAMELA R. CORYELL
NORWICH – Pamela R. Coryell, 67, of Norwich, passed away Saturday evening, February 28, 2015, in the Chenango Memorial Hospital.
Pam was born in Norwich on March 3, 1947 the daughter of Merton and Marian Phillips Duell. She spent most of her life in the Norwich area and worked as a nurses aide at Meads Nursing Home in Binghamton and also at the Gentleman’s Club.
Pam was a loving and caring person who never judged anyone. She treated everyone the same and loved all she knew unconditionally.
Pam is survived by her children Bonnie Barrett and companion Steven English of Norwich, Christopher Smith and companion Cassandra Meeker of Oriskany Falls and Anthony Muserallo. Also survving are her sister Tina Ashton and husband Larry of Norwich, step-sister Sheila Moore and husband Tom of Norwich, step-brother William (Bill) Welch of Norwich, her grandchildren Christopher Smith, Camoren Babcock, Zachary Babcock and her great grandchildren Kristin M. Smith, Jaden Rae Smith and Hayden A. Smith along with nieces, nephews, cousins and her former daughter-in-law Alycia Smith of Amsterdam.
Pam was predeceaswed by her husband Gordon D. Smith, her daughter Loretta Lelik and her step-sister Sherri Welch.
A celebration of life for Pam will be held on Wednesday, March 11, at 1:00 pm from the Norwich Elks Club. There will be no calling hours.
