REBECCA A. (BECKY) REEL
NORWICH – Rebecca A. (Becky) Reel, 63, of Norwich, passed away Friday, November 21, 2014, at her home.
Becky was born on February 24, 1951 in Norwich the daughter of Arden and Lois (Stewart) Marvin. She grew up on the family farm located on the Wahlberg Road and was a graduate of the Bainbridge-Guilford school. Becky had made her home in Norwich for many years and had been employed by CWS and the Library. On May 13, 1991 in Norwich she married Michael Reel who survives.
Besides her husband Michael of Norwich, Becky is survived by her father Arden Marvin of Norwich, her son Michael Gifford of NC, her siblings Jonathan Marvin and wife Marcella of NC, Gloria Holmes of Norwich, Paul Marvin and wife Alex of NC, Luke Marvin and wife Deborah of AZ and Evangeline Marvin of Mass. Also surviving are 2 grandchildren on great grandchild, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Becky was predeceased by her mother Lois.
A memorial service for Becky will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 3, at 11 a.m. from the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home. The Rev. Jeremy Stopford, Pastor of the First Baptsit Church of Earlville will officiate. Interment will be at a later date in the South Plymouth Cemetery.
