CHARLES J. KASMARCIK
PRESTON – Charles J. Kasmarcik, 65, Preston, died peaceful on Oct. 27, 2014 at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City, New York.
Charles was born Oct. 19, 1949 in Binghamton, NY. He graduated from Norwich High School in 1969. He worked as a welder for many years for Fluer Daniels Construction and in recent years as a logger. An avid outdoorsman, Charles loved hunting and fishing.
Charles is survived by his parents. Iona Cyr of McDonough and Walter Kasmarcik of Norwich, along with brothers, Walter R. of McDonough and Kevin of Norwich and their families; step sister Fancheska and her family and Eric Buckley.
There will be no formal arrangements in keeping with his wishes. His family will receive friends on Saturday, Nov. 1 2014 from 1 – 5 p.m. at his brothers home, 494 Beckwith Rd. in McDonough.
